Introduction
My practice is devoted exclusively to mediation of commercial cases. I am a pragmatic and evaluative mediator: able to quickly grasp complex issues and skilled in helping the parties negotiate solutions.
I have mediated hundreds of commercial matters from simple contract disputes to complex, multi-party litigation in state and federal courts. I do not mediate divorce or custody matters.
